Our policy lasts until the arrangement is finished. If your arrangement is ready for pickup or delivery, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
If you receive or pick up your arrangement and it is not matching the item(s) in the order, we will fully refund you for the arrangement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or vase.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
